The following is the first picture Noah ever drew where we're sure he meant to represent something in particular. James was drawing a face on the "magnadoodle" for Noah and asked Noah to tell him where to put the eyes, nose, ears and so on. Then we erased that drawing and asked Noah to draw his own face. First he drew the circle. Then we asked him to put some hair on it (that's the squiggly line on top), and some eyes (the two circle-like things in the middle, and a mouth (the circle-like thing on the lower right). Noah was very pleased with himself, as were we.
